Change Child Support Orders

By using Wisconsin’s Child Support Online System (CSOS) to analyze a child support order, LegalTuneUp can help figure out what the child support guidelines show and walk the user through the process of filing a motion to change the child support order.

Remove Criminal Records

Legal Tune Up searches the Wisconsin Circuit Courts’ online public records database, known as Consolidated Court Automation Programs (CCAP), to identify and remove eligible criminal records by providing the correct form to file with the court.

Remove Eviction Records

In Wisconsin, certain eviction records are supposed to be removed from the state records after two years. However, sometimes this does not happen automatically, so Legal Tune Up helps remove eligible eviction records from CCAP.

Address Debt

Navigating the small claims court system can be overwhelming and complicated, causing many to ignore debt cases filed against them. Legal Tune Up can search CCAP to identify pending small claims cases and guide users through next steps, ending debt harassment.

Reinstate Driver’s Licenses

Search the DOT’s reinstatement database to find the reason for your suspension or revocation, making it easier for you to resolve your specific driver’s license issue and get back on the road.

Background Checks

Legal Tune Up helps remove eligible records from the Wisconsin Department of Justice’s Wisconsin Online Record Check System (WORCS).

Referral for Health Advocacy

Within the LegalTuneUp tool, you can fill out a referral form to our ally organization, the Center for Patient Partnerships, for health advocacy services including negotiating coverage with insurance providers and financing insurance denials.

Employment and Training Assistance
