Driver’s License and Small Claims Clinic

Date & Time: Wednesday May 27, 2026 from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Location: 2nd floor study rooms in the Racine Public Library (75 7th St, Racine, WI 53403)
Details: Join us at a free clinic aimed to help individuals navigate the process of getting their driver’s license reinstated and small claims cases answered. We will also use the Legal Tune Up tool to see if you have any open small claims cases and help you review your information.
A LIFT staff attorney and LIFT staff will be on-site to provide support with:
  • checking WI DOT driver records and your reinstatement eligibility
  • reviewing fines and fees and explore your payment options
    • small claims answer assistance
  • free legal health checks on the Legal Tune Up tool
  • connecting with other community resources
  • Spanish translation available
** Please note this event does not offer financial assistance to help pay for unpaid traffic fines/citations**
