How We Help

Having a POAHC ensures that someone you trust, the agent, can legally act on your behalf if you have a medical emergency. This does not have to be a family member. If you have a medical emergency and are unconscious or unable to communicate, a POAHC ensures your medical wishes are followed.

For your own protection, a POAHC ensures that medical decisions are not delayed and are not made without your guidance on your wishes.
